2. Order Timeline & Windows
Our logistics team operates on the following schedule (Central Standard Time - CST):
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CST), Monday – Friday.
- Handling Time (Processing): 1 – 3 Business Days (Mon-Fri).
- Transit Time (Shipping): 5 – 8 Business Days (Mon-Fri).
Note: Total estimated delivery time is 6 – 11 Business Days.
- Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order is processed, a unique tracking identifier will be issued to your registered email.
- Carrier Partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

1. Return Eligibility Window
- Duration: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all return authorizations.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are excluded from our return policy once the original packaging is opened:
- Compression Wear & Socks (if worn or packaging seal is broken).
- Headwear (if labels are removed).
- Final Sale Items.
3. Damages and Technical Issues

- Required Documentation: High-resolution photos of the defect and the original shipping label must be provided for verification.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, you must follow the VORZIEX authorization protocol:
- Authorization: Email support@vorziex.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Instruction: If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address.
- Dispatch: Pack the item securely. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a VORZIEX error or product defect.
5. Refund Processing
- Inspection: Once your return is received, our technical team will inspect the item within 3 business days.
- Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
- Issuance: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.
