Shipping Rates (Domestic US)

We maintain a transparent, flat-rate shipping structure to simplify your checkout process:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 USD (Fixed rate for all orders under $75.00).
  • Free Performance Shipping: $0.00 USD (Applicable to all orders over $75.00).

Order Timeline & Windows

Our logistics team operates on the following schedule (Central Standard Time – CST):

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (CST), Monday – Friday.
  • Handling Time (Processing): 1 – 3 Business Days (Mon-Fri).
  • Transit Time (Shipping): 5 – 8 Business Days (Mon-Fri).

Note: Total estimated delivery time is 6 – 11 Business Days.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is processed, a unique tracking identifier will be issued to your registered email.

  • Carrier Partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system.
